We use the Myers Briggs Type Indicator or MBTI as our preferred personality assessment. It offers individuals enough simplicity if that’s all they want right through to greater depths so they can really explore themselves. It is a great lens to view oneself and others through and provides a common language for a team or workplace to easily understand.

We use the Lego Serious Play facilitation methodology to help solve a wide array of challenges. Not only is it highly interactive, participative and fun but it actually delivers excellent outcomes. This tool really works well.

in 1991 Strauss and Howe wrote a book called Generations which explains their generational theory. This has quickly gained popularity and helps workplaces understand their multigenerational workforce challenges.

THE MULTIGENERATIONAL WORKFORCE

Based on the Generational Theory written by Strauss and Howe in 1991 suggests that a set of social markers will define a cohort of people as they come of age. These social markers impact the cohorts’ values and behavours which is seen in the workplace. We now have five generations working together. Understanding their differences helps create more collaborative workplaces.
